With the first no-show, 100% of the groom price will be charged.

For all future appointments, pre-payment of 100% of the groom price will be required up front.

Thank you for your understanding. We love and appreciate all our clients and we value our groomer's time and schedules as well.

NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED ON GROOMING. Our groomers work hard and they don't work for free. If there is an issue please contact us and we will do what we need to make it right and make you happy.

The most common issue at ANY grooming facility is a matted coat and a shave-down. If a dog has to be shaved down, there is always a very good reason and it is always discussed at check-in with your groomer.

We are a non-torture facility, which means we will not snatch, pull, de-matt, and torture a dog trying to gets knots out just to keep them longer and "fluffier".  Small amounts of de-matting can sometimes be accomplished with minimal discomfort, but if not then a shave down is absolutely necessary. To prevent shave-downs, regular groomings scheduled at around 6 weeks are a must as well as regular brushouts at home.

15 MINUTE LATE POLICY. We politely would like to ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We have such high demand on our schedule that we must stay on track. We are really sorry for any inconvenience it may cause, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we MAY have to reschedule you for another day. Thank you for understanding.

Please note: When your dog has severe matting there is always the chance of a small nick, cut, or abrasion. By accepting the terms of your waiver, Dee-O-Gee Franklin is absolved of any and all responsibility for these small injuries. Why? Matting is caused from not brushing your dog properly at home. It is of utmost importance to keep the mats out of your dog's fur. Otherwise it will need to be shaved down short and this is great for some and not for others.

To get the mats out we MUST use our clippers and lift up the skin to get underneath the mats and get them out. This can cause a small nick, small cut or abrasion. Thank you for understanding.

What are the vaccination requirements?

We require a veterinarian certificate indicating non-expired proof of vaccination for Rabies, You can bring in the paperwork, or show us on your phone, or you can have your vet email us at franklin@dee-o-gee.com to submit vaccination records.

An effective form of flea control is recommended for all in-state dogs. Out-of-state guests must have a current flea & tick treatment in place. Natural remedies are ok with us!

Can't pick up when your dog is done?
